I would like to share a few examples of how successful businesses are using product demonstrations to help educate, enroll and engage.
Below you will find a number of examples to help drive home the point that there are many different ways to demonstrate your product through video. Some methods are more expensive than others obviously but there are many cost effectives alternatives to consider.
Salesforce recorded a product launch presentation at a conference and uploaded the video to YouTube and the Salesforce website. The presentation reviewed the key points of the product and the audience helped validate consideration.

Another way to cost effectively demonstrate a product is by recording images on a computer and adding in audio over the images. There are a number of very inexpensive software solutions to create this effect. Camtasiais a poweful tool for a reasonable price.
DWG used this technology to create an effective demonstration of their CADD software.

For businesses with a budget there are a number of methods to create demonstrations to help consumers identify with their product.
Fender chose a standard demonstration but with a few graphic elements added to help demonstrate the benefits.

And finally WinelibraryTV does an incredible job of selling features and benefits through simple interview style clips that he has built an entire business model around.

WineLibrary.TV is a perfect example of the power of demonstrating a product. Gary Vaynerchuk has created a viral network of viewers who have been driven to his brand through his video demonstrations and social networking.
Your products are the lifeblood of your company. It is what you sell. Demonstrating your product online allows you to share your vision, your passion and the features and benefits of what you have worked so hard to create.
Is it your business or your products that you are selling? If advertising is all about impressions then what kind of impression are you making with your products?
A little video can go a long way with the right solution.
